Voiceovers in German
The German language is spoken by about 120 million people, making Germany the second largest European language after Russian. German is the main language in Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland and is also spoken in Italy Belgium, Luxembourg and Denmark.
Germany's official language is standard German. Over 95% of Germany's population speak the language. The standard German is spoken in the big cities with the exception of Hamburg and Munich. How the standard German sounds depends on which city you are in.
There are many German dialects but the two main types are called high German and Low German.
